Aluminium 7075 Flat Bars are primarily made up of aluminium, along with zinc (5.6–6.1%), magnesium (2.1–2.5%), and copper (1.2–1.6%), plus trace amounts of chromium, silicon, and iron. This unique blend gives them impressive strength that rivals many steels. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of about 510–540 MPa and a yield strength of roughly 430–480 MPa. It also shows good fatigue resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, and excellent machinability, making it perfect for highly stressed structural components.
